As a B2B distributor of general goods and telecom equipment, our refund and return policy is governed by the following professional standards:
Inspection Period
Bulk buyers must inspect all goods upon delivery. Any physical damage or quantity discrepancies must be noted on the delivery note.
Defective Items
Telecom hardware found to have manufacturing defects within the initial 7-day checking period are eligible for a direct replacement.
Restocking Fee
Returns for non-defective items (overstock/change of mind) are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original sealed packaging.
General Trading Goods
Returns for general commodities are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if the items are in sellable condition.
Telecom Warranty
Most telecommunications equipment carries a standard manufacturer warranty. We facilitate the warranty claim process between the client and the manufacturer.
No Refund on Used Items
Any equipment that has been installed, configured, or shows signs of wear is not eligible for a refund or return.
Special Orders
Items specifically imported or manufactured for a client’s custom project are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued via cross-check or bank transfer to the purchasing entity’s account within 14 business days.
Proof of Purchase
A valid sales tax invoice or delivery challan from MN Distributors is mandatory for all claims.
Shipping Costs
The cost of returning goods to our Lahore facility is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
