These terms and conditions govern the sale and distribution of goods and telecom services by MN Distributors
Acceptance of Terms
Any purchase order or payment made to MN Distributors signifies full acceptance of these terms.
Pricing and Quotations
Prices are subject to market fluctuations. Formal quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment Terms
Standard orders require a 50% advance payment and 50% before delivery. Credit terms are only available for established corporate accounts.
Telecom Compliance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any telecommunications equipment purchased is used in compliance with PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority) regulations.
Title of Goods
Ownership of goods remains with MN Distributors until full and final payment has been received and cleared.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any consequential losses, loss of profit, or network downtime resulting from the use or failure of distributed equipment.
Force Majeure
MN Distributors is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, government restrictions, customs delays, or natural disasters.
Intellectual Property
All logos and brand names distributed by us are the property of their respective manufacturers.
Indemnification
The buyer agrees to indemnify MN Distributors against any legal claims arising from the improper installation or illegal use of telecom gear.
Governing Law
All transactions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lahore.
Termination
We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend distribution accounts if these terms are violated.
